This fact is apparently inferred from Quranic verses that Islam has not emphasized about the plurality of deeds but always has emphasized the best quality of deeds instead. In this point of view the purified intentions are stressed highly.
As it is obvious, the simple action of a humble worker who doesn’t sleep at night, with a passionate heart full of God's love and purification and responsibility against the problems of Islamic society, to provide some amounts of dates for Islam army in vital moments, is highly valued and those people who humiliate these duties which at the first glance seem poor and unimportant, are prohibited extremely and are promised to great painful punishment.
It is also inferred from this emphasize that during the problems in a right Islamic society, all people have to feel responsible and no all hopes must be expected from rich people because Islamic belongs to all layers of society and everybody has to endeavor to protect it keenly.
The main point is that nobody has to neglect his possible ability. In this situation, we are not talking of little and big but we are talking about responsibility.
It is worth noting in one narration from Messenger, Peace upon Him, someone asked: "which help and ----- is more valued? He said: "possible ability of poor people!"
